Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL) Awarded Technology and Workforce Management Services Agreement with Conductiv

Recently, we announced a brand-new partnership with Conductiv that enables Conductiv members to take advantage of a special pricing structure and contract terms.


Who Is Conductiv?

Conductiv is an organization that optimizes third-party workforce relationships in order to cut costs for their partners and create a thriving marketplace for local businesses. Since their inception in 2004, Conductiv has helped organizations negotiate contracts for regionally sourced services. They boast having saved their partner organizations a collective $800 million in purchased services in addition to assisting in business operations in order to achieve goals.

Partnership With HWL

Through Vendor Management Systems (VMS), vendor-neutral Managed Service Programs (MSPs), internal resource pool development, the creation and management of Internal “Private Label” Agencies, and Direct Hire Permanent Placement services, HWL takes an innovative, data-driven approach to solving critical labor challenges with a focus on quality, transparency, market competitiveness and cost savings. HWL’s clients typically realize cost containment and process improvement within the first 3 months of launch with minimum savings of 10% on their recruitment and staffing expenditures.

Through this partnership with Conductiv, HWL looks forward to working with Conductiv’s vast member network to help organizations develop, build and/or optimize their own recruitment and workforce management programs for contingent and direct hire requirements across all labor categories and in diverse environments of care. With robust technology offerings and deep expertise, HWL will work with Conductiv members to diagnose opportunities for savings and process improvements in the procurement of healthcare professionals.
