Jamie Herold leads HWL's Education Division, bringing more than 25 years of experience across PK–12 teaching, school leadership, instructional design, and education workforce solutions. Having served as a teacher, founding Head of School, and Chief Academic Officer, she brings firsthand insight into the challenges districts face and the strategies needed to build strong, sustainable educator workforces. Before joining HWL, Jamie helped shape workforce strategy at Aya Education, partnering with school districts nationwide to develop staffing solutions that improved educator outcomes. She holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, an Administrative Credential in Educational Leadership, and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies.
