Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL) is ecstatic to announce that Craig Hershovitz, MBA has joined the team as Vice President of Implementations and Capture Management!
Craig has had an extensive career in both the healthcare and staffing industries. He's joining us after spending 12 years as VP of Operations & Business Development at MedTrust, LLC. During his time there, he had many accomplishments — here are just a few:
I started website design and building a software application for nurse self-scheduling and credential management. Once I started working with and servicing hospitals, I got the “bug.” I find working with facilities rewarding.
Initially it was the company vision and the job. After learning more about the accomplishments of HWL and the Jackson Healthcare, I knew the culture was also going to be the right fit for me. Then I learned more about who was working at HWL. Their reputation is truly exceptional. And when you combine all of that with a visionary President, I could not resist working at HWL.
My role at HWL is the Vice President of Implementations and Capture Management. My experience at MedTrust has allowed me to demonstrate a firm understanding of the federal healthcare space and after capturing two of the largest nursing contracts in the Department of Defense, I look forward to capturing more business for HWL. In addition, my prior experience at Cross Country Healthcare has allowed me to develop and refine the implementation of vendor management services. Being vendor neutral and offering concierge services for our customers is exciting. As a hands-on leader, I look forward to leveraging all my past experiences and skills for HWL grow and be a leader in our industry.
I think learning the product and the implementation process so I can participate and add immediate value to it. In parallel, I look forward to making connections and identifying key growth opportunities to help expand HWL and improve our services.
If I am not at the beach relaxing, then I am in kitchen because I love to cook. And when I am not cooking, then I am spending quality time with my Italian greyhound, Pizzaz (most likely on the sofa).
