Healthcare Workforce Logistics Introduces HWL Works

ATLANTA--()--Healthcare Workforce Logistics (HWL), a leader in healthcare workforce management solutions, today announced the launch of HWL Works, a customizable suite of technology and advisory based solutions designed to empower healthcare delivery organizations to gain competitive advantage in a dynamic workforce marketplace.

HWL Works draws upon people, processes and technology, providing healthcare organizations with custom solutions that can be purchased separately or as part of a broader suite. This holistic approach to workforce management provides clients with the tools and services they need to navigate historic labor shortages, leveraging the company’s leading managed service programs (MSP) and vendor management systems (VMS) along with an array of highly-specialized programs that analyze current workforce scenarios and build and manage unique healthcare staffing solutions tailored to each organization’s needs.

To complement the launch of the HWL Works suite, the company unveiled a new website making it easier than ever to navigate HWL's innovative solutions, learn from other client organizations and engage with useful content, including blog posts.

"Fueled by our proprietary technology and deep expertise, we are committed to accelerating innovation in healthcare workforce management,” said Jonathan Ward, president, HWL. “HWL Works is a result of our dedication to providing next-generation solutions that enable healthcare organizations to overcome unprecedented labor challenges. Through our unique approach, we deliver results that lower overall costs, produce high quality staff and boost fill rates, creating a transformative impact on healthcare operations.”

Among the organizations to implement HWL’s innovative approach to healthcare workforce management is Lee Health, located in Lee County, Florida.

“Lee Health was looking to harness the power of market intelligence to lower costs, yet maintain the exceptional quality of our staff,” shared Michael Wukitsch, chief people officer at Lee Health. “The insights we gained through HWL have seamlessly integrated into our overall workforce plan, helping us reduce agency utilization and costs and ultimately achieve a remarkable reduction in bill rates. We have now ignited healthy competition and driven down bill rates across the board, while enjoying the transparency of market intelligence with zero administration burden.”
